Refund policy

The Glitter Doctor does not accept returns on glitter, digital downloads, or blanks. The Glitter Doctor cup turners and bottle turners are refundable if we are contacted regarding the return within 5 calendar days. Return shipping is covered by the buyer and the turner must be returned in its original condition or the buyer is subject to any loss in value.

Personalized items are non-refundable.
